Recept:
150 g medu;
1,5 dcl vody;
250 g cukru;
- prevaríme , necháme trošku vychladnúť a pridáme:
600 g hladkej múky (špeciál);
1KL sódy bikarbóny;
2KL perníkového korenia;
1 dcl oleja.
Masu dobre vypracujeme, necháme 2 hodiny odstáť.
Vyvaľkáme, vykrajujeme preníčky, dáme na papier na pečenie, pečieme pri 180°C asi 7-10 minút. Po vybratí z rúry ešte horúce potierame vajíčkom (krásne sa potom lesknú).

600 g flour (all purpose)
1 mocha spoon of baking soda
2 mocha spoons of gingerbread spice
1dcl oil
All mix well and let sit for 2 hours. Then roll out and cut out your easter cookies. Put them on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 180 Celsius for about 7-10 minutes. When done and still hot brush them with egg (they will be pretty and shiny).
