Karnevalová nedeľa.../ Carnival Sunday...

V nedeľu sme oslavovali Ľubkove narodeniny. O tortu sa opäť postarala babka. Už to funguje tak, že chlapci si u babky urobia objednávku, presne popíšu ako má torta vyzerať a babka sa potom realizuje... Ja by som to nedokázala...

We celebrated Lubko's birthday on Sunday. The cake was taken care of by grandma. She has a deal with the boys that whatever it is they would like their cake to be. grandma will do it... I wouldn't be able to do it....

Tentokrát to bola motorka - červená, to bolo dosť podstatné :-)

This time it was motorcycle - red motorcycle, red was quite important :)

Keďže práve na túto nedeľu pripadol aj farský karneval, spolu s babkami a Ajim (tak volaju deti dedka), sme sa tam vybrali. Vybláznili sa, vyskákali, vytancovali aj si zasúťažili. Miška dokonca vyhrala aj cenu, bola vyhlásená za najmilšiu masku karnevalu. Na to, že bola na takejto akcii prvýkrát, užívala si to, chodila pomedzi ľudí, tancovala, vôbec sa nebála. Tomi sa ujal fotoaparátu. Aj takéto zábery sa mu podarili...

Since it was exactly this Sunday that we also had carnival party at our church, that was where we spent the rest for the day with both grandmas and Aji (that's how my kids call my dad). They jumped, ran, danced and competed. Miska won a price for the cutest costume. It was her first time attending such a big party and she loved it. Tomi took on the role of photographer and these are some of his shots....
